In this document, we may refer to ourselves as “we” or “SØSOUL.”
These terms and conditions are intended to help you understand what to expect when using our services, such as coaching, workshops, and the rental of our beautiful spaces. We have aimed to make everything as clear and concise as possible and will keep you informed of any changes to our terms.
At SØSOUL, we take our responsibilities seriously and strive to provide you with a great experience. If you have any questions or do not understand something in this document, please feel free to contact us using the details below.
1. Definitions
- SØSOUL: The company based at Anjeliersstraat 46 HS, 1015 NH, Amsterdam.
- Customer: The individual or entity purchasing a service or product from SØSOUL.
- Service: All services offered by SØSOUL, including coaching, workshops, and space rentals.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of SØSOUL, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Agreement
- An agreement is established upon written confirmation by SØSOUL or acceptance of an offer by the customer.
- Any changes to the agreement are only binding if agreed upon in writing.
4. Coaching sessions
- Payment: Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours or in case of a no-show, the full price is due.
- Liability: Participation in coaching sessions is at the customer’s own risk. SØSOUL is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its services.
5. Workshops
- Registration and Payment: Registration is confirmed only after payment is received.
- Cancellation and Changes: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the workshop starts. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours or in case of a no-show, the full price is due. SØSOUL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient participants or force majeure.
- Liability: Participation in workshops is at the customer’s own risk. SØSOUL is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its services.
6. Rental of Spaces
- Reservation and Payment: A reservation is confirmed upon written confirmation. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Cancellation and Changes:
- Cancellations made at least 21 days before the reserved date are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the reserved date require payment of 50% of the agreed rental amount.
- Cancellations made within 7 days or in case of a no-show require full payment.
- SØSOUL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a reservation in case of force majeure.
- Liability: We hope that you treat the space as if it were your own. You are responsible for all your guests during the usage period. Rental of spaces is at your own risk. SØSOUL is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its spaces.
7. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided by SØSOUL remain the property of SØSOUL.
- These materials may not be reproduced or disclosed without SØSOUL’s written consent.
8. Privacy
- SØSOUL processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Personal data is used solely for the execution of the agreement and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
- This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Amsterdam district.
