In a deeply relaxed state, you are guided back to earlier memories. These may be moments from childhood, the womb, or symbolic inner scenes that carry emotional weight. What arises is not random , it’s what your system is ready to see, feel and heal.

How Does It Work?
In a regression session:
You enter a deeply relaxed or focused state, like a light trance or meditation, often guided by breath or visualization.
From this state, you’re gently guided back to earlier memories , this could be a moment from childhood, the womb, or even symbolic or archetypal scenes that hold emotional charge.
You then revisit and explore the memory, not just with your mind, but also with your emotions, body sensations, and inner imagery.
The therapist supports you to understand, process, and release stuck emotions, beliefs, or patterns that were formed during that experience.
What Can It Help With?
Regression therapy is especially helpful for:
Deep-rooted fears or phobias with no clear origin
Repeating emotional patterns (like abandonment, anger, guilt)
